WhatsApp Your fuel orders 24/7

Our innovative products and services are designed with you in mind, ensuring you receive exactly what you need on location, when you need it.

But it's our accessibility that stands as the true testament to our commitment to your project’s success.

OnBio is always just a WhatsApp message away. It's not merely a messaging app: it's your direct connection to our team whenever you need to get in touch.

Connect the whole team

Whilst things were a bit quieter during the 2024 SAG-AFTRA strikes we decided to trial using WhatsApp as a way for our clients to place renewable fuel orders. We create a private WhatsApp group for each location team, giving them access to add as many colleagues as they like.

With your coordinator also added, nothing slips through the net and everybody knows what’s been ordered and when. We can even attach the delivery notes, making the PO process supper efficient.

Peace of mind even on Night Shoots

The groups are monitored by the OnBio team who are able to book in preferred delivery slots or if we’re busy they will suggest the next best option. Everyone gets to see the deliveries are booked so that’s one less thing to worry about.

With your WhatsApp all set up things could not be easier. Place your next fuel order anytime you like, day or night, whilst I can’t promise the team will always reply out of hours, our team are often happy to give a quick reply if they see your order.

24/7 Support

At OnBio, we understand that emergencies and unexpected issues can arise at any time. That's why we offer around-the-clock support through WhatsApp. No matter the hour, you can count on our team to be available to assist you with any queries or concerns. With our 24/7 support, you can rest assured that your operations will always have the necessary support they need to run smoothly.

We’re not your average fuel delivery company, we’re rewriting the rulebook, innovating better ways to work and cleaner ways to get your energy.
